Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and persuasive
Cold Calling Agents
to join our team in Lahore. The role involves contacting
local leads in Pakistan
and introducing them to
Dubai real estate investment opportunities
. The agent will focus on generating qualified leads and setting up appointments for our Dubai-based investment consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to
    local leads in Pakistan
    interested in international property investments.
  • Present Dubai real estate investment opportunities in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
  • Generate and qualify leads, ensuring they meet investment criteria.
  • Schedule meetings and transfer interested clients to senior sales consultants.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
  • Follow up with potential investors to nurture relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    telemarketing, telesales, or cold calling
    (real estate or investment sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in
    English and Urdu
    .
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to handle objections.
  • Familiarity with
    Dubai real estate market
    will be a strong plus (training will be provided).
  • Experience with
    CRM tools
    is an advantage.
