Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive international business expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in international markets (US, Europe, GCC).
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope.
- Maintain CRM records and track leads through the entire sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, SE or related field.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
- Comfortable working during evening/night hours to align with international clients.
