Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and tax regulations.

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support financial stability.

  • Oversee financial statement preparation, audit support, and maintenance of internal controls and accounting procedures.

  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, streamlined payments, reconciliations, and payroll accuracy.

  • Provide strategic financial analysis to support investments, pricing, and contract decisions.

  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.

  • Engage with internal/external stakeholders, addressing financial inquiries, reporting needs, and audit requirements.

  • Maintain accurate fiscal records, perform account reconciliations, and handle additional finance tasks as assigned.

  • Oversee financial reporting for the US-based entity, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.

  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with US tax laws with the help of consultants.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and legal advisors to ensure compliance with Interntaional financial regulations.

  • Prepare and present board presentations to the stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or CIMA are preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, ISA, tax regulations, compliance standards, and financial analysis.

  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent communication both verbal & written.
