● Filter all communications—summarize and escalate only what matters
● Execute meeting workflows—preparation, documentation, follow-ups, outcome tracking
● Maintain structured systems—ensure operational clarity and efficiency
2. Strategic Implementation
● Track initiatives through live dashboards—maintain momentum on priorities
● Monitor deadlines—send nudges, escalate delays, ensure accountability
● Prepare concise decision materials—support efficient decision-making
● Align all work with strategic priorities—filter lower-value activities
3. Communication Management
● Draft and refine high-quality communications—represent executive voice

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

● Track record enhancing executive productivity by 25%+
● Experience executing across multiple business units
● Exceptional English communication skills—written and verbal
● Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
IDEAL TO HAVE
● MBA or equivalent business education
