Position Summary:

As a YouTube Script Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling, entertaining, and informative scripts for our YouTube channels. You will work closely with our video production team to bring your written content to life, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and tone. Your scripts will play a crucial role in keeping our audience engaged and driving channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for YouTube videos across various niches.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content is informative, accurate, and relevant.
  • Work with the video production team to ensure scripts align with video formats, visuals, and overall content goals.
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts for new video topics.
  • Revise scripts based on feedback from team members and content creators.
  • Ensure all scripts are written with SEO in mind, optimizing for YouTube search rankings and audience engagement.
  • Meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple scriptwriting projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: No specific degree required, but a background in creative writing, communications, media, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various types of YouTube content.
  • Familiarity with YouTube's content guidelines and SEO strategies.
  • Ability to write scripts that engage and captivate an audience.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to create content on diverse topics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
