Position Overview:
We are looking for a script writer with proven experience in sports writing—specifically boxing. The ideal candidate will be skilled at crafting engaging, authentic, and dramatic scripts that capture the essence of boxing culture, history, rivalries, and the human stories behind the sport. This role is remote and provides flexibility, but requires a strong level of creativity, discipline, and prior professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop storylines, characters, and dialogues relevant to boxing.
- Write scripts that align with Unity Films' production standards and audience expectations.
- Collaborate with the creative and production team to refine scripts as needed.
- Meet deadlines while ensuring originality, accuracy, and high-quality writing.
- Adapt scripts based on feedback and maintain consistency of tone and narrative.
Requirements:
- Previous professional experience as a script writer, preferably with a portfolio in sports or boxing-related content.
- Strong storytelling ability with a deep understanding of boxing culture and terminology.
- Excellent command of written English with attention to pacing, dialogue, and dramatic flow.
- Ability to work independently while also responding to collaborative input.
- Strong research skills to ensure factual accuracy.
