Summary:

The Returns Associate is responsible for accurate processing and billing of return and liquidated orders within the Pinnacle system. This role involves diligently monitoring return inventory and liquidation trailer departures while maintaining precise records of cycle scans and long-term terminal inventory. The associate actively works to optimize logistics by utilizing available reverse capacity for return products.

Job Description

  • Accurately update Pinnacle tickets for return orders.
  • Monitor the departure of liquidation trailers from return locations.
  • Ensure the closure and billing for liquidated products.
  • Maintain the inventory of return building/areas.
  • Maintain the records of FM Warehouse Cycle Scans and their status.
  • Keep records of items present in terminals for over 30 days.
  • Utilization of Free Reverse LH Capacity for Return Products.
  • And other duties assigned by the manager.
