Job Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager – Warehouse / Store, your responsibilities will include:
· Management of the daily operations of the medical devices warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage conditions, and efficient coordination with the Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics teams.
· Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing medical devices, instruments, and consumables in the warehouse.
· Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and serial tracking of all inventory as per company and regulatory standards.
· Conduct daily and monthly stock verifications to ensure accuracy between physical and system records.
· Maintain appropriate storage conditions (temperature, humidity, and hygiene) for all devices and medical products as per manufacturer requirements.
· Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health authority regulations, and company SOPs regarding medical equipment handling.
· Proactively monitor short-expiry or temperature-sensitive products, coordinating with the Supply Chain team to dispatch or utilize them before expiry.
· Ensure proper segregation of expired, damaged, or recalled items and report them to management promptly.
· Ensure efficient coordination with the Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines and maintain optimal stock levels.
· Plan and oversee the timely dispatch and safe delivery of medical equipment and consumables to clients, ensuring product integrity during transit.
· Assist in procurement follow-ups, ensuring smooth inward flow of stock from suppliers and manufacturers.
· Support warehouse staff supervision, workload distribution, and adherence to operational protocols.
· Participate in internal and external warehouse audits to ensure compliance and transparency.
· Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse premises.
· Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvements for efficiency and cost control.
· Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with medical device regulations.
· Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports with management.
· Communicate with courier partners and service providers to ensure reliable and timely product dispatch.
· Assist in maintaining customer communication channels regarding delivery timelines, shortages, and replacements.
· Any other task given by the management.
Job Timings:
Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6pm
Sat: 9:00am to 1:30pm
Office Location:
DHA Phase 1 / Bhari Phase 7 Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
