Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Import POs and Sales orders in odoo.
  • Track shipments and streamline supply chain processes Documentation of export (PL, CI, COO, CB, SABER, EPZ tax) manage all aspects of import and export documentation, including preparation, processing and verification to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth customs clearance.
  • Verifying chamber attestation; verification of export documentation and Chamber attestation processes. Import documents scanning / printing and keeping an eye on relevant documents for internal records and external communications as per departmental and API SOPs
  • Space/Head office procurement coordinate procurement activities with the head office, ensuring documents completion, verifying contents of bills and quotations before forwarding for final approval.
  • Vendor bills verification s and creations in Odoo.
  • Processing of POs after requisition approval.
  • Reporting and analyze the data.
  • Vendor Bill report.
  • Freight sheet report.
  • Information flow of dashboard.
  • Record keeping in Excel and odoo against customer POs, and pending shipments
  • Verification of freight bills
  • Making comparison statements
  • Performing activities assigned from Manager Supply Chain in accordance with on-going requirements relating to supply chain department.

KPI's

  • KPl's Processing and closure of POs in max 4 days.
  • Processing vendor bills in max 3 days
  • 100% Accuracy of "List of files"
  • 100% Compliance of folder structure
  • 100% Management of task list in Odoo.
