AI Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze applications, digital features, and user behavior using AI/ML techniques.
  • Design and develop
    AI-powered applications, prototypes, and automation tools
    for business operations.
  • Apply predictive analytics, NLP, and machine learning models to optimize decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT, product, and leadership teams to deliver
    AI-driven recommendations and solutions
    .
  • Benchmark competitors' apps and features to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable business reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
    .
  • Proven hands-on experience in
    AI/ML model development and deployment
    .
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python, R, or JavaScript (with AI frameworks)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs
    .
  • Experience in
    app development
    (web/mobile) and integrating AI into applications.
  • Knowledge of
    SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and BI tools
    .
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
