for one of its clients. The client is one of the leading 
banks
 of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies using modern tools and methodologies. This role requires the ability to innovate within the
Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
, ensure adherence to established quality standards, and facilitate knowledge sharing across the QA team.

Location:

· Maikolachi, Karachi

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute
test cases
based on end-user requirements and application specifications.

· Assess both new and existing software capabilities in a structured manner.

· Utilize
project management tools
such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

· Write and execute
SQL queries
(SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

· Apply deep understanding of
testing methodologies
and
quality assurance concepts
.

· Review daily test results, log issues, and track bugs using tools like
Jira
or
DevOps
.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
comprehensive test coverage
.

· Participate in
walkthroughs of test plans
and documentation reviews.

· Perform
API testing
(functional, non-functional, performance/load, reliability) using tools like
Postman
and
Apache JMeter
.

· Develop and execute
test plans, test cases, and scripts
for financial
mobile applications
.

· Test apps across multiple
devices, OS versions, screen sizes, and network conditions
to ensure consistent user experience.

· Work closely with developers to resolve defects and verify fixes.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science

Information Technology
, or a related field from a reputable institution.

· 3–6 years of professional experience in a
software testing environment
, preferably within the
Banking or Financial
industry microservices and API development.
