Role Overview

As a
Digital Marketing Executive
, you'll play a key role in driving our brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital channels. You'll work closely with the Creative, Strategy, and Tech departments to develop, execute, and monitor effective marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging, optimized content.
  • Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Airtable).
  • Assist in lead generation strategies and campaign funnel optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or HubSpot is a plus.
