Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations of eBay and Etsy stores
  • Upload and update product listings with accuracy
  • Monitor inventory and assist with order processing
  • Handle basic customer queries with timely responses
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Learn the backend and operational processes of eBay/Etsy
