As we prepare for our official launch, we are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Specialist to help shape and voice our identity.

Role Overview:

As a Brand Specialist at LengLux, you will be the guardian of our brand's voice, visuals, and vibe. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience across digital platforms. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup at its inception and leave your mark on a promising luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain LengLux's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (website, social media, packaging, etc.).

· Create engaging and high-quality content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including copy, graphics, and short-form videos.

· Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful engagement.

· Collaborate with influencers and micro-influencers to amplify brand awareness and drive reach.

· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media ads.

· Monitor trends in the fragrance, luxury, and lifestyle sectors to keep LengLux relevant and innovative.

· Analyze brand performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience (2+ years) as a Brand Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

· A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.

· In-depth understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.

· Passion for fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods is highly desirable.
