Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Marketing Expert
with proven experience in
lead generation across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada markets
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the software services domain, coupled with the ability to design creative marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and drive organic as well as paid growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven
    digital marketing strategies
    to generate qualified leads in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.
  • Design, launch, and optimize
    multi-channel campaigns
    (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) tailored to the software services industry.
  • Conduct
    market and competitor analysis
    to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Build
    creative digital assets
    (ads, banners, email templates, landing pages) in collaboration with design tools or design teams.
  • Drive
    organic growth
    through social media strategies, automation, and community engagement.
  • Track, measure, and report
    campaign performance
    with actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Optimize
    SEO/SEM
    strategies for international reach and higher search rankings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in
    digital marketing for software services or IT solutions companies
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    lead generation campaigns targeting the US, UK, Australia, and Canada
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Marketo (or similar tools)
    .
  • Strong ability to create and manage
    high-converting landing pages and funnels
    .
  • Experience in
    content marketing, creative design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
    , and social media automation tools.
  • Knowledge of
    SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in
    Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
