Job Title: Treasury Officer

Location: Phase 7, Bahria Town Rawalpindi (On-site)

Office Timings: 01:00pm to 10:00pm (Mon to Fri)

Employment Type: Full-time

The Pentagon Food Group is a leading organization in the Food and Beverages industry sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury Officer to join our dynamic team and oversee our Finance Department.

Position Overview:

The Treasury Officer is responsible for cash and bank management, by planning, managing, and optimizing the available cash balance. Also perform daily management of cash, debt, and cash flow forecasting.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Carry out bank reconciliations of all bank accounts on a regular basis.
  • Prepare supplier payment schedule as per supplier terms & discuss the schedule with relevant department head before putting it into action.
  • Post customer receipts & supplier payments in accounting software.
  • Email remittances to suppliers.
  • Deal with supplier incoming calls regarding their payment queries.
  • Submit periodic reports detailing the company's present financial situation and forecasting the coming quarter.
  • Meet with other finance sub departments and assist in developing financial strategies monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Skills / Attributes Required:

  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
  • Strong team player and people management skills.
  • Fluency in English communication. (British accent will be a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated experience as treasurer or in a relevant financial management position.
  • Accuracy when computing and managing numbers.
  • Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Qualified/Part Qualified ACCA, CA Part Qualified, CMA, ICMA & Relevant.
  • 1–2 years' experience in relevant field.
  • Hands on Experience with accounting software Xero, SAGE etc.
