Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Paragon City, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (5 PM to 2 AM | Monday to Friday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in staff augmentation to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a strategic mindset to help expand our customer base, particularly in staff augmentation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on staff augmentation services.
- Generate leads, conduct outreach, and follow up with potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to staff augmentation needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in staff augmentation or IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
