Job Summary

Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports using financial software
  • Support team members with data entry and management tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
  • Conduct research and compile information relevant to ongoing projects
  • Help organize and maintain project documentation and files
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Experience

  • Familiarity with financial software is preferred; willingness to learn is essential
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the organization
