Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through online bidding platforms and other channels.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other channels.
  • Prepare and submit tailored bids/proposals to secure projects.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, BBIT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 Months to 1 year in business development, client acquisition, or online bidding.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with tech industry services like Web Development, AI/ML, and Cloud Computing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
