Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, driving traffic, and enhancing rankings across search engines. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of SEO tools, and up-to-date awareness of search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities: On-Page SEO

  • Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages with targeted keywords.
  • Improve website structure, internal linking, and meta elements (titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags).
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and follow Core Web Vitals.

Off-Page SEO

  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
  • Manage link-building campaigns and monitor backlink profiles.
  • Develop strategies to increase domain authority and brand visibility.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues.
  • Optimize site speed, crawling, indexing, and sitemaps.
  • Fix broken links, duplicate content, and canonicalization issues.
  • Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in code.

Keyword Research & Content Strategy

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
  • Develop content strategies based on keyword opportunities and search intent.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports (rankings, traffic, conversions).
  • Measure ROI and effectiveness of SEO campaigns.

Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and adjust accordingly.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates (Panda, Penguin, Core Updates).
  • Identify new opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work with developers, designers, and marketing team for SEO alignment.
  • Recommend improvements in website UX and conversion optimization.
  • Keep up with SEO trends, AI in search, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics (advantage).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
