Role Description

This
is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Corporate Resource Development position based in Karachi.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building meaningful relationships with educational institutions and driving student engagement initiatives. The Executive will also coordinate events, prepare proposals, generate reports, and ensure the effective implementation of all corporate resource development strategies to support the hospital's operations and mission.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Relationship Management, Communication, and Networking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills
  • Plan, manage, and execute student engagement programmes across schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Organize competitions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to strengthen relationships with partner educational institutes.
  • Supervise and guide student ambassadors during events and campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining a pleasant, professional, and proactive approach.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's (16 years qualification) / Master's degree
    with a
    minimum of 1 year
    post-qualification experience,
    OR
  • Bachelor's (14 years qualification)
    with a
    minimum of 2 years
    post-qualification experience.
