About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant HR to join our growing software house. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, assist in employee lifecycle management, and ensure smooth coordination between teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Provide day-to-day support to HR Manager in administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months – 1.5 years of HR experience.
- Familiarity with HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll basics).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
