Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and support software projects from inception to delivery. This dual-role position requires someone who can effectively translate business needs into technical requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality project execution—especially in collaboration with international clients, primarily from the US and UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

● Translate client needs into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and specifications.

● Conduct gap analysis and provide improvement suggestions for business processes and systems.

● Ensure alignment between client expectations and the development team's output.

Project Management

● Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in consultation with clients and internal teams.

● Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

● Track progress and ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget.

● Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

● Act as the primary liaison between the client and development teams.

● Lead regular client meetings and provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

● Ensure transparency and alignment across all project phases.

● Manage client expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Team Collaboration

● Work closely with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.

● Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

● Promote a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

● 4 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.

● Proven experience managing software projects for US/UK clients.

● Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

● Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

● Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Zoho, or similar PM/BPM software.

● Certification in PMP, CSM or Business Analysis is a plus.
