Role Overview:

As a Project Associate, you will play a key role in driving our innovative projects to successful completion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, using your project management skills to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of our cutting-edge solutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements while aligning with technical and operational needs.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal teams and external clients to define project requirements and deliverables.

  • Monitor Project Performance: Track milestones, schedules, and budgets while proactively managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Create and Manage Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation, including but not limited to technical proposals, implementation plans, test plans, reports, and presentations.

  • Enhance Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Fresh graduate with 1 year of work experience in project management, preferably in technology or infrastructure sectors.

    • Experience working in an AI- and Software Development-centric environment would be preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    • Familiarity with developing and utilizing Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and workflow diagrams.

    • Knowledge of LiDAR or digital twin technology is a plus.

    • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and iterative development processes.
