Role Overview
:

We are seeking a visionary and AI-savvy Product Manager to own the full e-commerce product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery — across Cartlow's AI-driven multi-seller marketplace, trade-in and buyback programs, and recommerce flows. The ideal candidate will blend product strategy, user empathy, and strong execution to lead innovative feature development using AI, customer insights, and funnel data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full e-commerce funnel, analyzing customer journeys, identifying drop-off points, and driving conversion optimization through data-driven enhancements.
  • Partner with design and engineering to improve UI/UX, personalization, and customer engagement features, including product attachments, upselling, and cross-selling modules.
  • Create and validate mockups and prototypes using Figma (or similar tools), ensuring business needs are clearly translated into product experiences.
  • Use AI tools and customer insights to continuously refine features that maximize retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Build and deliver structured product presentations to leadership, aligning roadmaps and technical priorities with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of roadmap objectives.
  • Drive AI-led experiments including A/B testing, personalization modules, predictive analytics, and user feedback mining with NLP.
  • Manage platform features related to multi-seller operations, trade-in programs, partner onboarding, and buyback workflows integrated with Odoo ERP.
  • Lead structured sprints, backlog grooming, and delivery rituals in alignment with business OKRs.

Domain Expertise: AI, Odoo, and Recommerce:

Candidates should demonstrate strong product understanding of AI-enhanced customer journeys and marketplace flows. Familiarity with Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing, Accounting) is highly desirable, particularly for syncing internal operations with Cartlow's trade-in and multi-vendor platforms. Experience with recommerce, refurb, or buyback models is a major plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience (preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer tech)
  • Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to bridge market needs and product capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce funnel analytics, retention, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven ability to design, validate, and iterate personalized features using data.
  • Hands-on experience with UI/UX collaboration tools like Figma, and comfort working with wireframes and prototypes.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, analytics dashboards, NLP engines).
  • Experience with Odoo workflows or ERP systems and ability to translate operational needs into product features.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present structured roadmaps, priorities, and insights.
  • Project management experience is a must
