Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator and Delivery Manager to manage our e-commerce portal and coordinate delivery and dispatch operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth online sales, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:


• Manage and update our e-commerce portal regularly


• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team for delivery and dispatch of orders


• Process orders, handle returns, and provide customer support & coordinate with delivery partners


• Monitor and track inventory levels, and manage product listings


• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve online sales


• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment


• Collaborate with our marketing team to implement e-commerce promotions and campaigns


• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices and industry trends

Requirements:


• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field


• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and writing skills


• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus

Job Type
: Full-time

Salary:
45,000 PKR per month

Working Hours:
6 days a week, 8 hours per day (48 hours/week)
