About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our medical billing services in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for medical billing services in the US market through research, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct client presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as their trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and business solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with US healthcare, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and medical billing industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the medical billing / RCM industry.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare practices, insurance, and revenue cycle management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work US business hours (night shift, Karachi).
