We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and building meaningful client relationships?
We're a fast-growing startup leading the charge in Instagram-based business growth, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team.
As part of our team, you'll play a key role in outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition — driving our mission to help brands grow through Instagram and digital marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients and target industries on Instagram and other social platforms.
- Initiate outreach via cold DMs to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Write engaging, persuasive messages that capture attention and communicate our value.
- Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline until closure.
- Track and maintain lead data, ensuring accurate and organized communication records.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and sales targets.
- Stay on top of the latest Instagram trends and marketing updates to refine outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Instagram as a business tool and knowledge of cold DM best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve measurable results.
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in lead generation, outreach, or B2B sales is a plus.
Working Details
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Work Mode: Remote
