- Partner with senior leadership on marketing, product, and channel initiatives to enhance business growth.
- Represent the region in strategy meetings, performance reviews, and cross-functional forums.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Strong market understanding and customer relationship capabilities
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive performance culture and build future leaders
- Master's degree from a recognized institution.
- 12 -15 years of progressive experience in retail sales/business development, including 6-8 years in senior leadership within:
- Financial Services
- Banking
- Asset Management
- Insurance / Takaful
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, business expansion, and large-scale team leadership.
- Strong connections across retail, affluent, corporate, SME, and HNWI segments.
