We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented
Senior Profile Manager
to manage our
profile
during the
night shift
. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of
winning international projects, writing successful proposals, and handling client communications professionally
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our profile to secure high-value international clients.
  • Write compelling, customized proposals and bids.
  • Handle client communications, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Develop and implement bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on bids, responses, and project wins.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience
    managing profiles with successful project wins.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of bidding strategies and client engagement.
  • Ability to meet monthly KPIs (interviews, projects won, conversions).
  • Must be available
    onsite in Karachi
    and comfortable working in the
    night shift
    .
