, a leading name in the freight forwarding industry, is expanding its dynamic Business Development team. We are looking for talented and driven professionals to join us in Karachi and Sialkot.

About the Role:


We're seeking individuals who excel at creating and closing new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. By leveraging your industry knowledge and relationship-building skills, you will identify and qualify leads, manage negotiations, and drive sales growth in both sea freight (LCL and FCL) and air freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
  • Create new business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 – 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry (depending on position title).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a system-oriented organization.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics.
