Hiring: Telesales Representative (Urdu-Speaking, Female)

Location: On-site, Garden town Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

Dynamic Solutions is a leading BPO & software solutions provider, helping businesses streamline their operations and achieve exceptional customer engagement.

Your Role:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Effectively present and promote our products/services.

Build strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the system.

You Need:

Must be female and fluent in Urdu.

Minimum Intermediate (12th Grade) qualification.

At least 6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.

Excellent persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Must be willing to work the specified shift timings.

We Offer:

Attractive Salary Package: PKR 30,000 - PKR 50,000** (based on experience).

Convenient Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (9-hour shift).

Saturday & Sunday off.

On-site in Lahore
