We are looking for an IT Support Officer (Part-Time) to join our team. The role includes providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, maintaining IT systems, assisting staff with troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Candidates should have basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking, along with good communication skills. Flexible part-time working hours are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, network).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Ensure smooth running of MS Office, email, and internet access.
  • Perform routine system updates, antivirus checks, and backups.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and support logs.
  • Assist employees with basic IT guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Report major issues to management or senior IT staff.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
