About the Role:

IKONIC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Meta & Google Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, and Display Networks. This role requires deep expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to drive ROI through strategic media buying.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network.
  • Manage full-funnel advertising strategies including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
  • Build and test custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
  • Implement and optimize Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and tracking setups.
  • Collaborate on creative development and perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, placements, and copy.

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube):

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video (YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
  • Create and optimize Shopping and Performance Max campaigns (for eCommerce businesses).
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Regularly perform quality score analysis, search term audits, and negative keyword optimization.

Cross-Platform Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily budgets, campaign pacing, and ROI across both Meta and Google platforms.
  • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and detailed reports.
  • Develop testing frameworks to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV across platforms.
  • Stay informed of platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital advertising trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, analytics, product) to align paid media efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS, CTR, and CPA across multiple ad platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of ad targeting, remarketing, attribution, conversion tracking, and media buying strategies.
  • Experience with UTM tracking, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to build and manage large-scale campaigns with multiple ad sets and creative variations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, or Shopping).
  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation-focused campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools, landing page optimization, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Hyros, Segment, or similar.
