We are seeking a Senior Fulfillment Manager to manage and optimize daily fulfillment operations across dark stores. This role requires a balance of hands-on supervision and data-driven process management. The ideal candidate will oversee teams, track KPIs, drive efficiency improvements, and ensure seamless collaboration across operations, inventory, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily fulfillment operations (picking, packing, staging, dispatch) with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs: picking rates, order accuracy, fulfillment times, and SLA compliance.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management on productivity, costs, and error trends.
  • Manage workforce planning — shift rosters, productivity tracking, and performance management.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for fulfillment, inventory handling, and quality control.
  • Coordinate closely with Inventory, Procurement, and Delivery teams to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to cut costs and increase throughput.
  • Mentor, coach, and upskill supervisors and team leads to build a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and labor standards inside fulfillment centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field).
  • 4–6 years of experience in fulfillment/warehouse/logistics (e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong people management experience (50–100+ workforce exposure ideal).
  • Proven track record in KPI management and operational reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP (Zoho, SAP, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible with shifts and able to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.

  • Picker Productivity: 100 SKU/hour per picker.
  • On-Time Dispatch: 95%+ SLA compliance.
  • Cost Efficiency: Reduction in cost/order over time.
