What You'll Be Doing:

  • Research & Analysis: Dive deep into audience demographics, market trends, and competitor strategies to uncover new media opportunities.
  • Media Planning: Build and execute strategic media plans that align with business goals and deliver results.
  • Media Buying: Negotiate with advertisers and secure high-performing digital ad placements at the best possible rates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and campaign metrics to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
  • Optimization: Continuously test, learn, and tweak campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, insightful performance reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage media budgets to maximize impact.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong connections with media partners and internal teams.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest tools, trends, and tech in digital marketing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, media buying, and campaign optimization
  • Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data dashboards, reports, and attribution tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, growth-driven mindset
