About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive measurable growth and ROI. This is an on-site evening shift role catering to international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance channels.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to achieve performance goals.

  • Analyze campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

  • Monitor analytics and track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with the management team.

  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and meet compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, and other major ad platforms).

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with measurable results.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).

  • Advanced understanding of campaign setup, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Availability to work the evening shift (6 PM – 3 AM).

  • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.

  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.

  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
