Sales Engineer - VFFS Machines

Company: Prepac Engineering | Location: Lahore, Pakistan (with travel across cities) | Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Prepac Engineering, a leading manufacturer of Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machines, is seeking a motivated and

experienced Sales Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in packaging machinery or related industrial equipment. The

role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise, requiring frequent travel across Pakistan to meet clients, provide

tailored solutions, and achieve sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the packaging machinery industry.

  • Conduct market research and promote VFFS machines and related equipment.

  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve targets.

  • Visit clients across Pakistan, understand needs, and propose solutions.

  • Provide technical support, coordinate installations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor competitor activities, prepare reports, and represent the company at exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred). Business graduates with technical

sales experience also considered.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors.

  • Basic knowledge of VFFS machines, packaging processes, or automation.

  • Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus.

  • Languages: English & Urdu (Punjabi is a plus).

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical & commercial acumen, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, willing to travel frequently.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based in Lahore with frequent travel.

  • Flexibility in working hours required.
