Customer Sales Executive (US Market)

Shift: Night | 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)

We're seeking motivated and articulate Customer Sales Executives to join our expanding sales team serving the US market. If you have a passion for customer interaction, a knack for persuasive communication, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets, this role is for you.

This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in a customer-facing sales role who are seeking a performance-driven environment with real growth potential. You will engage with US-based customers, provide product or service information, and close sales while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Interaction

  • Handle outbound and inbound customer calls and communications professionally.
  • Could you identify customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and close sales effectively?
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Market & Product Understanding

  • Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and market positioning
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences in the US region
  • Handle objections confidently and provide convincing responses to secure conversions

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimise strategy and scripts

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Must be able to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
  • Minimum qualification: A/O Levels (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency with computers, call tools, and CRM platforms
