We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales & Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting our products/services, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Manage sales leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales.
  • Handle complaints or issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for better customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum intermediate or bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Urdu preferred).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer support will be a plus.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
