About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and contribute to achieving our sales targets while providing exceptional customer service through chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat, email, and phone.
  • Maintain a sales-driven approach to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service quality.
  • Conduct Inbound/outbound communication, including follow-ups and cold calling when required.
  • Use MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer support or telesales is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, data analysis).
  • Professionalism and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Age Requirement: Under 30 years.
