We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive – Sales
to join our team at The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Assist clients in understanding property options and guide them through the buying/selling process.
  • Manage leads provided by the company and actively generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales by promoting property listings and services.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property listings, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering professional after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Fresh to 3 years of sales or customer relationship experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle client queries effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
