Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase customer base.
  • Identify potential clients through research and prospecting efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to increase network and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Strong business acumen and professional presence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
