IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible to ensure the smooth running of Microsoft based solutions (including Active Directory, Unified Communications, DHCP, DNS, SCCM, O365 & Azure) as well as Microsoft Windows based System Administration for IT and other business users.

This user is responsible for MS Licensing, Premier Support, Cases Followup, Capex/Opex budgeting of his domain, Domain Policies, Policies and Systems patching and Required R&Ds from time to time for relevant areas.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Ensure availability of Business Critical Solutions assurance including AD, MS Exchange, SCCM, DNS and DHCP.
  • Ensure compliance to organizational policies & Procedures - Internal Audits execution - Security Compliance - Business Continuity and QMS compliance
  • Regular System Administration for Microsoft Windows Solutions for IT and Business Teams
  • Relationship management with Service Consumers and partners/principal.
  • Project Management of new and existing project and cross collaboration with Teams, IT Teams and Business Team requirements for operational & Projects management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • 16 years of education with a degree in computer sciences (preferred) or engineering from some reputable university.
  • 08 years of experience in the relevant field.
