Tour Executive

We are looking for a Tour Operator & Guider who will manage tour operations, plan travel itineraries, and guide tourists during trips. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, customer service, and exploring new destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize tours, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Guide and assist tourists during local and international trips.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, culture, and attractions.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport companies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally.
- Manage bookings, payments, and documentation.
- Promote company packages through social media and marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Prior experience as a tour operator, travel consultant, or tour guide (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Urdu (other languages a plus).
- Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations in Pakistan and abroad.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage group tours.
