About the Role
IgknightTech is looking for both
Business Development Executives
and
Business Development Interns
to join our growing team. In these roles, you'll help us expand our client base, secure software development projects, and build long-term business relationships. If you're driven, target-oriented, and skilled at communication, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software domain
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels
- Draft persuasive proposals, prepare reports, and negotiate terms
- Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with solutions
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in business development/sales (IT preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel for reporting and documentation
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Understanding of software development services is a plus
For Business Development Intern:
- Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in business development and IT/software industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
