*Job description*

We are looking for a mature and experienced Team Lead – Accounts to oversee our accounting operations and guide the finance team. The ideal candidate should be a qualified ACCA with solid leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end accounting functions.

*Major Responsibilities & Duties:*

Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records

Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports

Monitor compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements

Actively working on QuickBooks, Taxes, and other accounting activities.

Provide superior and responsive professional services for clients.

Use of multiple cloud-based software for Tax and Accounting in addition to QuickBooks.

Ability to communicate and interact with Clients directly via phone, text, and email.

*Requirements & Qualifications:*

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

Age: 30 to 35 years

Education: Qualified ACCA (mandatory)

Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience in accounting & finance

Proven experience in leading a finance/accounting team

In-depth knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and Corporate Tax

Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks & Oddo, or similar) is a Plus

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Must be mature, dependable, and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English.

Strong understanding of accounting entries and concepts

High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

*Compensation & Benefits:*

Salary Range: – 150000

Working Hours: 6 Days a week: Monday to Friday / 9 Hours per day 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday / 4.5 Hours 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
