The Data Researcher and Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough research, identifying potential leads, and generating valuable data for the sales and marketing teams. A strong expertise in Excel will be essential for data analysis, reporting, and creating efficient processes to optimize lead generation efforts. The role also requires proficiency in using tools like Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, and HubSpot to gather and manage leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads using platforms such as Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and others.
• Build and maintain lead lists for outreach and sales efforts.
• Use lead generation tools and software to automate and streamline the lead collection process.

Data Research:

• Gather, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Research company profiles, key decision-makers, and their contact details.
• Collect and analyze industry trends, competitor information, and relevant market insights.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Use Excel to create, manage, and analyze large datasets, identifying key insights and trends.
• Generate and update reports, dashboards, and metrics to help optimize lead generation and sales strategies.
• Create pivot tables, charts, and other visual data representations to communicate findings effectively.

Database Management:

• Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) with clean and accurate lead data.
• Ensure all data entry is consistent and complies with data privacy regulations.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:

• Work closely with all relevant departments Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure lead generation strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to understand campaign objectives and maximize lead quality and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data research and lead generation, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, data visualization, and automation (macros).
• Strong experience using lead generation tools like Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage and track leads.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with data scraping or automation tools.
• Knowledge of lead generation and campaign management tools.
