User Acquisition Manager
to help us expand our player base and scale our marketing efforts.

Role Overview:

As our
User Acquisition Manager
, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid and organic user acquisition campaigns to drive installs, engagement, and ROI for our Android games. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage user acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise for ROAS and CPI targets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and A/B test concepts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new UA opportunities.
  • Work closely with product and analytics teams to align UA efforts with game performance and player retention goals.
  • Manage UA budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on spend.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile gaming or app marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile advertising platforms, attribution tools, and analytics (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset for developing and testing engaging ad content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ASO (App Store Optimisation) for Google Play Store.
  • Familiarity with both organic and paid UA strategies.
  • Passion for mobile games and understanding of player behaviour.
