Job Description – Accountant (Full-Time, On-Site, Karachi)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Accountant
to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Karachi. The Accountant will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in records, and supporting overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    data entry
    and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Create and issue
    bills, quotations, and invoices
    for clients.
  • Process vendor and client invoices, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
  • Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain accurate balances.
  • Prepare and submit tax-related documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in financial reporting and support the preparation of statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, cost control, and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
